A collaborative Greg Tate conduction featuring New York-based experimental jazz group Burnt Sugar the Arkestra Chamber and DC-bred artists, including Marc Cary and members of Chuck Brown's band (Donnell Floyd, Go-Go Mickey, and Kenny “Kwick” Gross).
The D(amaged) C(olony), its musical traditions and the forces underlying those expressions feature in DRUMS ALONG THE POTOMAC–A Global Go-Go Fantasia, a new polyrhythmic and romantic orchestral go-go suite.

Brian Settles Quartet
An incredible performance from an amazing band (3 of whom are graduates of DC's own Duke Ellington School of the Arts, which it should be noted is a public school, not a charter!).
